Our Team
Our commitment to accurate and reliable reporting starts at the top. Here are the folks who lead Mueller in experience and dedication, all to build a stronger partnership with you through trusted field assessments.
Senior Leadership

John Noe // Chief Executive Officer
John, the eldest son of founder Leo Noe, leads Mueller as its president. Working alongside Leo when Mueller first started, John later pursued a career as a doctor and rehabilitation specialist before taking over the family business. With a medical background and personal ties to the business, John knows how to care for Mueller, bringing teamwork, determination, and strong leadership to the forefront.
John believes all team members should feel empowered to take ownership of their work and be held accountable. He collaborates with Mueller’s leadership team with a commitment to excellence and a focus on innovation and technology.
Andy Noe // Vice President
Andy has been working in the family business since 1984 when he started out by making calls from payphones. Since then, Andy has earned a law degree and done every job in the company at one time or another. His legal background and business acumen have helped Mueller navigate its transition from a regional provider of field service reports to one of the country’s leading providers of insurance and lender services.
Andy believes Mueller’s success comes from the team’s drive to better understand customers’ goals and to take responsibility for keeping up with changing requirements.

Tom Noe // Vice President, Insurance Operations
Tom started working for Mueller as a field rep when the company first opened in 1980. After graduating from college, he came to Mueller full time, gaining valuable experience in the field; experience he now uses to train others and perform audits coast to coast.
Tom leads Mueller with a customer focus, viewing every department as a customer service department. A true advocate for each customer, Tom believes listening to the client and responding promptly to every client inquiry is the key to building lasting relationships.
Mike Bucelli // Vice President, Business Development
Mike’s tenure with Mueller began in 2007 when he joined the company as a full-time traveling field representative. Over the years, Mike’s proven ability to understand the business and yield favorable results saw him earn leadership positions in business development and account management. In his current role as vice president of business development, Mike continues to work directly with multiple departments to ensure that all client needs and expectations are met.

Carlton Chamberlain // Vice President, Field Services
Carlton leads by example here at Mueller, inspiring others with his incredible work ethic and drive for success. He joined Mueller after working for a division of a Fortune 500 company where he was the recipient of the American Sales Person of the Year Award and the Circle of Excellence Award. Carlton brings his unmatched dedication, talent, and focus to the team.
Julie Szewczyk, CPA // Vice President, Finance & Human Resources
Julie has a knack for numbers and an eye for detail—skills that have made her a successful CPA and Mueller’s VP of Finance. Beginning her career at one of the big four public accounting firms as a successful auditor, Julie then came to Mueller in pursuit of a role that would allow her to do more than make recommendations. At Mueller, she develops and executes process improvements to help everyone push themselves to set and achieve higher goals.

Jerra Knapic // Vice President, Operations
Jerra has a passion and drive for results. With a proven track record of achieving operational excellence, she empowers her team to think strategically and to focus on continuous improvement.
With an emphasis on building leadership bench strength, Jerra promotes a culture of cross-functional collaboration to achieve both client and company goals.
